Page 12: 1.7 Last paragraph on page, last line. Change “was eliminated” to “eliminated” to remove conflict in tense.

Page 14: Page 14, 1.7.2, 3rd paragraph, 2nd line. Either "there are" or the 2nd "are" should be deleted.

Page 16: Last line. Reference to page 239 should be to 234 (referenced old chapter file).

Page 32: Last line of 1st Para. Add sentence about Class-F using ACK_1 policy only.
